Family Solicitor / Legal Executive - Hampshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Family Solicitor / Legal Executive with 1 year of PQE to join a well-established law firm. In this role, you will provide clients with expert legal advice and representation on a range of family law matters, ensuring their needs are handled with professionalism and care.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial consultations via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or virtual platforms, providing comprehensive advice on family matters.
• Drafting essential legal documents such as divorce petitions, child arrangement orders, and financial settlement agreements.
• Representing clients in court when necessary, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
• Collaborating with counsel, mediators, and other legal professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Ensuring all client files are managed with the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
• At least 1 year of PQE.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Law degree or equivalent academic background.
