Farm Worker - Pure 4 Recruitment Limited : Job Details

We are looking to speak to females who are looking to work on an all female farm from January -November 2025.

Ideally you will have some farm experience but this is only desirable. The work will be in a laboratory and greenhouses, working 5-7 days a week (between 8-12hr days sometimes) so you must be used to standing on your feet for long periods of time.

YOU MUST BE

• Non-Smoker!!!! No Vape!!!! No Tobacco!!!! (smoking causes laboratory contamination issues)
• Physically Fit
• Like to work with Hands (examples: enjoy doing crafts, bookkeeping, drawing/painting, gardening, fine work with attention to detail, etc)
• Enjoys working on a task alone, but completing as a group
• Can work with others regardless of personality differences
• Multi-Tasker
• Self-Starter (example: sees the next step without constantly being told and stays on task)
• Detail Oriented
• Goal Driven (strives to complete tasks with speed and efficiency within our standards of production)
• Good Comprehension of Tasks (there are reasons why they teach step by step and want it completed that way)
• Ability to Live with a Roommate

LABORATORY

• Must be able to physically sit in a chair and work for 8 hours (similar to desk work/bookkeeping)

GREENHOUSE

• Doesn’t mind: getting dirty
• Working in Humidity Greenhouse work - temperatures can be warm (& also cold during harvest)
• Physical labor
• Can stand on feet for 8 hours (on concrete)

You must be able to travel to the USA in January and stay for the duration of the contract which will end in November.

All accommodation is paid for along with flights there and back home to the UK or any other European country.
