We?re on the hunt for a Fee-Earning Paralegal, Newly Qualified Solicitor, or CILEX warrior with at least 2 years' experience in property or general litigation. Whether you?ve been navigating possession proceedings or decoding tenancy agreements like Sherlock Holmes, we need your sharp legal mind and your ability to untangle disputes!

What You'll Be Doing (Other than Winning Cases):

• Assist landlords and agents nationwide as their legal knight in shining armour.
• Handle proceedings for possession (and evict unwanted guests...legally, of course).
• Master the preparation and interpretation of tenancy documentation like a legal wizard.
• Guide clients through lease extensions and enfranchisement, keeping everyone calm and collected (mostly).

Who You Are:

• You?ve got 2+ years? experience in property or general litigation ? you know your way around possession proceedings and tenancy documents better than you know your Netflix password.
• You have a qualification as a Solicitor, Paralegal, or CILEX (superhero cape optional but encouraged).
• You're a problem-solver with a good sense of humour ? because in property litigation, you need one!
