You will be expected to support people with a variety of needs, enabling them to live the lives they want.Duties will include:- Building great relationships with people we support and the people important to their lives- Promoting choice and participation when supporting people with daily tasks- Co-creating opportunities for people to try new things and offering information to support people to make their own choices- Offering personalised support by working with people’s strengths to build their confidence and overcome obstacles with the aim of achieving their goals- Encouraging people to participate in activities that bring them joy and meaningAbout youWe recognise that everyone, regardless of their personal history, has talents, abilities and unique personal qualities.
