We have just taken a fabulous new vacancy for a leading care organisation based in Bromley. Due to expanse they are looking to recruit a Field Care Supervisor to support the delivery of the highest quality care services!

The role will be a mixture of office based and field based work, you will be carrying out a range of functions including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Your role will also entail a certain amount of office-based administrative work, such as care planning, assisting in recruitment and other related tasks.

We are happy to consider applications from experienced Field Care Supervisors, Team Leaders or Senior Care Assistants looking to progress!

The job role:

  • Ensure the highest possible levels of care provision
  • Have an eye for CARE QUALITY at all times
  • Be responsible for a team of carers who you will need to regularly liaise with to ensure all care is covered
  • Carry out care plans, supervisions, appraisals, and support visits with the carers.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of care compliance
  • Meeting new clients and their families to discuss the right care package for them
  • Support the recruitment processes

Qualities which are useful:

  • Previous staff supervising experience - this could be in a Team Leader/Field Care Supervisor or Care Coordinator role.
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Minimum of a level 2 in Health & Social Care Adults
  • Experience working with domiciliary or residential care
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle

The salary for this role is dependent on experience however; we think this will be between £25,000 - £30,000 + great career development opportunities, a good work/life balannce and a very lucrative benefits package!
