MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE

The IMAC engineers are on-site technicians who will complete the racking and base installation of equipment or systems, initially Dell EMC and are responsible for delivering world class customer service to both our external customers and internally.

You would be ideal to live anywhere around and above the M62. Scotland to Yorkshire area is ideal. You are fully remote but out on site daily across a large region.

The Role:

The main responsibilities are detailed below, although the post holder would also be expected to perform any other duties which might reasonably be required by the business.

• Working in Data centres
• Implement, install, and integrate technology solutions.
• Racking and stacking
• Full clean driving license.
• To be prepared to work towards security clearance to gain access to customers environments.
• Responsibility for maintaining / gaining industry qualifications to meet the demands required of the IMAC team.
• Solve IT challenges, obstacles, and implementation of enterprise deployments.
• To have knowledge, experience and expertise for IMAC requests.
• To be familiar with industry standards and vendor specifications.
