Role Overview:

As the Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe, you will drive revenue growth through brand awareness and lead generation. You will manage B2B, B2C, and awareness campaigns, establish media partnerships, and explore innovative marketing strategies targeting key audiences, including C-level executives and security professionals. You will also focus on expanding contact lists and growing audience reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute region-specific marketing plans to support sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Content, Digital Marketing, and Campaign teams to address regional marketing needs.
• Analyze sales pipeline trends and implement strategies to close gaps or support local initiatives.
• Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive regional and overall revenue growth.
• Run account-based marketing campaigns, partnering with Sales Development Reps and Inside Sales teams to drive new customer acquisition.
• Partner with EMEA Community Specialists to build and execute regional training campaigns.
• Plan and host online and offline events to create new sales opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis, sharing results with sales and marketing teams.
• Build relationships with external media partners to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage the Southern European marketing budget in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing Director.
