Job Description :

Basic salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience + company vehicle.

Ideally based in the Halifax area.

The role requires regular travel, managing a team around the North of England, and up into Scotland.

This is a great opportunity to join the largest supplier of tyre repair and replacement services in the Plant and Agricultural sector.

We are looking for someone who has experience of tyre fitting within the plant and agricultural sector, as the successful candidate will be required to offer practical training and support to their team members.

Ideally you should have some experience managing a team, so being a great communicator is key. You'll enjoy being out on the road, offering assistance and guidance when necessary.

The Role

  • Is commercially focused but involves supporting a team of fitters , managing their workload, training, recruitment, assessment and ensuring they are able to carry out their roles to the highest level.
  • Included in the position you'll also spend some time speaking to customers and developing those relationships and solve any problems that arise.
  • You'll also carry out site inspections and be responsible for budgets and costs for your area.
  • Overall this gives the successful candidate a wonderfully varied role with unlimited growth options.
  • You'll be managing a team who support customers across the South East

The Person:

  • Ideally will have knowledge and experience in the plant and agricultural tyre sector due to the nature of the role, ideally with technical and some commercial experience.
  • You will be somebody who loves a challenge and be able to use already gained industry contacts to help build client opportunities in your area.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are needed
  • You'll have experience in man management and be able to train and develop a team.
  • A full UK driving license is also required
