Position: Project Manager
What You Will Do
As a Field based Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers from receipt of order through project completion. You will:
- Review job specifications and design manage the required solutions.
- Oversee project build and testing.
- Liaise with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams on a wide range of products and systems.

How You Will Do It
- Provide cost-effective solutions to clients while maintaining project margins.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the Development department to meet job-specific design requirements.
- Work with the Production department on system builds.
- Brief commissioning engineers via Site Services.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
- Efficiently manage project progress, planning, and budget.
- Lead the project team to achieve key results.
- Attend regular client meetings
What We Look For
Essential
- Experience in managing small, medium and large-scale projects.
- Commercial knowledge for reviewing contract terms.
- Ability to liaise with clients (occasional international travel).
- Strong workload planning skills to meet client and production requirements.
- Ability to work within cost limitations to ensure project profitability.
- Competent written communication skills to provide internal and external reports to produce manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
- Hands-on Project Management experience
- Experience in Electronic Security – Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms & Intruder
