This is essentially a Business Development role, you'll reach out to prospective customers nationwide within the vaping industry. What you'll be doing:Travel nationwide across England, Scotland, and Wales, targeting and meeting with non-franchised independent vape retailers, small to medium independent convenience stores, vape distributors, fuel stations, and potentially larger retail/discounter chains with a view to stocking our lines of products via direct ordering with yourself, or via larger scale contract fulfilment. This role requires significant travel with the possibility of overnight stays, depending on your planning within working time directives
Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research potential customers, opportunities, and market trends in the e-liquid industry.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our e-liquid products, including flavours, ingredients, and market positioning.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, and negotiate ongoing sales relationships with clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities and industry trends, providing feedback to senior management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics, offering regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the e-liquid, vaping, or FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, relationship-building expertise, and a self-motivated drive to exceed targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with experience using accounting software for invoicing.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the e-liquid and vaping industry is highly desirable.
- Outbound Calling: Essential for this role.
- Driving License: Full UK driving license held for more than 2 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
