Field Sales ManagerFull Time, Permanent Mon - Fri + Commission + Car AllowanceLeicestershire Area£35,000 - £40,000 Basic P.A (DOE) - OTE £70K per annum

In a nutshell…Our client is a global leader of construction and plant machinery. Their products are all over the world with a huge presence in the UK. They're at the leading edge of creating some of the best plant equipment with a huge following and customer base.

Working within an established team that is continuing to grow, you will play a pivotal role in the Leicestershire area promoting our clients' products with a range of mechanical equipment and aftercare packages.

Construction, Plant Machinery, Equipment or Automotive sales background is advantageous but not essential.

What's involved for the Field Sales Manager…

• Customer facing B2B sales role
• Build long lasting strong client relationships
• Account management of existing clients while developing new ones
• Immerse yourself in the product range to aid giving the best customer service
• Build a technical and mechanical understanding of product portfolio
• Build and document new and existing clients
• Carry out demonstrations where needed onsite
• Carry out inspections and valuations of any part exchanges
• Update CRM system daily
• Meet and exceed company targets

What you'll need…

• Proven track record within sales environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercial awareness and problem solving
• Skilled sales techniques
• Listen and give solutions to clients buying needs
• Technical or mechanical ability is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work under own initiative and be self-motivated
• Full UK drivers license
