Are you a passionate and driven sales professional? Vape Dinner Lady, a leading name in the vaping industry, is seeking a Field Sales Executive in the West Midlands area of the UK, to join our dynamic team.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to represent our high-quality product portfolio, meet with customers face-to-face, and build strong relationships. You will play a pivotal role in representing our diverse product portfolio across the region enjoying the independence of field-based work while successfully driving growth in your area.
You'll have the opportunity to work across different locations, bringing our offerings directly to customers while enjoying the independence of field-based work.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Drive new business sales within the designated region, identifying and securing new accounts.
- Lead Generation: Sourcing leads and attracting accounts through innovative methods
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with retail and FMCG clients.
- Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Company systems
- Target Achievement: Effectively manage your time to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Customer Base Growth: Develop and manage a growing portfolio of customers.
- Creative solutions: Contributing creative ideas and solutions to help achieve team KPIs
- Real Time Updates: Reporting successes and key updates with the team
- Product Training: Provide training to retail staff to enhance their knowledge and confidence in promoting our products.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new Vape Dinner Lady products through training sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives on building relationships and achieving sales success. The ideal candidate will have:
- Passion and Energy: A vibrant and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Proactive, independent, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and proven expertise in relationship-building with customers.
- Industry Experience: At least 1 year in the e-liquid or vaping industry.
- Field Sales Expertise: 2 years’ experience in field sales desirable.
- Sales Success: Demonstrated achievement of sales targets and KPI’s.
- New Business Development: Proven success in winning new accounts and growth in customer relationships.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel daily within the region and occasionally to our head office in Blackburn.
