Location: Harrow, Borehamwood, Chigwell, St Albans, Watford, Hemel Hempstead

Package: £30,000 - £35,000 + overtime, company van, laptop, mobile, 22 days holiday

As the Field Service Coffee Engineer, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily and ensuring our equipment continues to meet high standards.

The Role

As a Field Service Coffee Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee equipment for our wide range of clients. No two days are the same in this role, as you’ll handle both scheduled maintenance and unexpected breakdowns or malfunctions. You will also manage the stock of parts in your company vehicle to ensure all tasks are completed on time and in line with KPIs. Overtime is available, with the requirement to work 1 in 4 weekends on a rota system.

The Person

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with experience in the coffee industry, though candidates from similar backgrounds—such as vending, domestic appliances, or capital equipment—will also be considered. Key qualities include:

- Ability to perform both planned maintenance and emergency repairs

- Capable of managing parts inventory to meet service targets

- Comfortable representing the brand and maintaining strong customer relationships

- IT literate and numerate
