Security Solutions, one of the UK's leading manufacturers and installers of perimeter security equipment for 20yrs+, is seeking a talented Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. We offer a complete range of services, including the manufacture, installation, maintenance, and service of cutting-edge security systems. Duties

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Provide training and support to clients on the operation of equipment.
• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation after each visit.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service processes and product performance.
• Maintain an organised inventory of tools and parts necessary for service tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all operations.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to the industry.
• A valid driving license is essential for travel to client locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
