FIG M&A Analyst 1-2 - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

Successful candidate will already have accrued Financial Services / FIG M&A and have developed the foundations of a robust financial Modelling and investment banking skill set. 

You will work on mid-market UK and European FIG transactions (primarily related to Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance and Specialty Finance.

Key tasks

• Assisting the execution of on-going sell-side and buy-side M&A 
• Supporting senior bankers delivering strategic advice to clients

–      Strategic idea generation

–      Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials

–      Data analysis

–      Modelling (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO, etc.)
