Description

The Role:

• Maintain and update financial records.
• Reconcile invoices
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
• Prepare financial reports for internal use.
• Data entry and updating Excel spreadsheets
• Assist with the implementation of financial systems and processes
• Identify areas of continuous improvement within the company and systems
• Book appointments, accommodation, and travel as needed
• Ad-hoc administration support to the team

Profile

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong administration skills
• AAT qualification or demonstrable finance experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent numerical skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
