A highly professional, local firm of Pension and Investment Advisors are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional candidate from a Corporate/Professional Services background looking to work locally. Free parking is available, or it's well connected by local transport. Fully office based role, Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:* Handling sensitive and confidential information on behalf of high net worth clients. * Recording accurate personal information into various financial application forms* Obtaining valuations from insurance companies, stockbrokers and clients * Liaising with various clients, solicitors, accountants and the HMRC to obtain essential information* Updating the company's databaseYou will be:* Experienced in office administration, ideally from a professional Services background* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail* Excellent communicator * Able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to work for a financial planning organisation, with full training provided.
