Forge Talent is proud to be working with a fantastic business based in Central Manchester - who is looking for a Finance Administrator join their team.
Working hours are Monday - Friday fully office based.
This role will be great for an Administrator who is looking to move into more of a Finance Role. Working in the Logistics team you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for Freight Forwarders and Warehouses with regards to container deliveries and prepare basic Customs Documentation
- Stock Management - Investigate Discrepancies, Shortages, Damages and Overages
- Coordinate with Finance Team to ensure Payments to Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Processes & Hauliers
- Liaise with Supply Chain to adhere to contracted delivery requests
- Data Entry - Logging and Monitoring Shipping Data
- Maintain up-to-date Excel Trackers & Report on the Status of Shipments
Profile:
- Minimum 1 years working in admin role
- Beneficial to have Export/Import knowledge or a worked in a logistics company
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational and Punctual needed
