- Purchase Ledger (experience in Sage is beneficial)
- Assisting with incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Dealing with customers via email and phone
- Support with booking engineer and surveyor visits
- Preparing payments
- Credit card statements
- General administration duties
About you:
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong focus on detail and precision in your work.
- Skilled in managing invoicing.
- Good proficiency in IT; familiarity with Sage 50 is a plus.
