  • Purchase Ledger (experience in Sage is beneficial)
  • Assisting with incoming phone calls and enquiries
  • Dealing with customers via email and phone
  • Support with booking engineer and surveyor visits
  • Preparing payments
  • Credit card statements
  • General administration duties
About you:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong focus on detail and precision in your work.
  • Skilled in managing invoicing.
  • Good proficiency in IT; familiarity with Sage 50 is a plus.
