Description

Finance Administrator

  • Administering the purchase ledger function effectively.
  • Processing invoices and payments accurately and promptly.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and resolving any queries.
  • Management of the finance inbox
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • An educational background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
  • Experience working within a professional services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A customer-focused approach for supplier interactions.
