Position: Finance AdministratorContract Type: PermanentLocation: BredburyWorking Pattern: Full Time (8 AM - 5 PM with 1-hour lunch break; Part-time options available 9 AM - 3 PM)Hourly Rate: From £12.21 (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Data Input: Accurately input invoices into the purchase ledger, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.Matching and Batching: Efficiently match and batch purchase orders and delivery notes (Pods) to facilitate smooth processing.Query Resolution: Address queries from vendors and internal teams promptly via email and telephone.Management Liaison: Collaborate with management on various issues and provide support as needed.Telephone Communication: Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to resolve queries efficiently and professionally.A proactive approach to liaising with management and team members.Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus, but not essential.
