Job Description :

We're on the look for a Finance Administrator, to join this really welcoming team based in Bristol. They're offering a basic salary up to £25,000 per annum, with the potential for hybrid working after probation. This is a part-time role, 30 hours per week, that could be across 4 or 5 days to suit the right person. Ideally, this person needs to be somebody that really wants to focus on this role and enjoys getting stuck in.

The role of Finance Administrator involves:

  • Liaising with other departments to ensure correct invoice authorisation.
  • Processing of new payments to suppliers using internal systems.
  • Completing of monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Setting up new accounts for suppliers on the internal system.
  • Raising and checking of any new credit notes.
  • Posting new and amended invoices, credit notes and statements to customers.
  • Creating and managing spreadsheets with all purchase and sales ledger information.

For the Finance Administrator, you need:

  • Experience within a Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger or even junior Accounts role is ideal.
  • A dedicated individual that has excellent concentration, to be able to focus well.
  • Somebody looking for part-time hours.
