Job Title: Finance Administrator

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Type: Temp To Perm

Hours: 9am-5:30pm - Full Time

Duties:

• Manage and maintain multi-currency bank accounts.
• Handle cash entries, reconciliations, and maintenance for the company in the UK and US.
• Organise and file data accordingly utilising the company database.
• Participate in meetings and assist with additional duties to ensure department efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft software, especially with strong spreadsheet skills.
• High degree of numeracy paired with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated team player who can also work independently.
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks.
