Finance Analyst (Accounting and Reporting) | £40,000 - £50,000 | Lincolnshire | Onsite

About This RoleAs an Accounting and Reporting Analyst, you'll be at the heart of ensuring financial integrity across the business. From preparing and posting monthly entries to liaising with external auditors, this role is a great blend of technical accounting and cross-team collaboration. You'll play a key part in producing financial reports that drive business decisions, working closely with talented professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Prepare and post monthly accounting entries, such as prepayments and accruals.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring transactions are properly authorised and coded.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and other month-end schedules.
  • Collaborate with Business Finance teams to deliver accurate P&Ls within deadlines.
  • Oversee year-end close and statutory accounts production, liaising with external auditors.
  • Support senior finance staff with ad hoc tasks and projects.

  • Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with a strong technical accounting background.
