Role: Finance Analyst

Location: Central London

Salary: £42-45k + study support (ACCA/CIMA)

This is an exciting Retail business based in central London. They offer a vast range of high quality products across accessories, clothing, footwear and fragrances. Currently experiencing great growth across Europe over the recent years, and undergoing exciting acquisitions and expansion throughout the business.

Due to this growth, they are looking to expand their commercial team by recruiting a talented Finance Analyst / FP&A to join their department.

Role

This position is a hands-on and commercial capacity, liaising heavily with the wholesale & retail side of the business around day-to-day analysis and reporting. The Finance Analyst / FP&A for this Retail business will take on a number of key duties including:

• Provide business insights and analysis for decision-making, assisting wholesale teams delivering targets.
• Produce regular sales and margin reporting across various channels.
• Analyse and assess performance of retail stores through reviewing sales, margin and operating expenses.
• Support month-end processes, including preparation of the P&L.
• Production of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Analyse and calculate bonus targets for wholesale teams.
• Business partner effectively with key stakeholders across wider business.
• Submission of the monthly flash reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc duties/projects as directed.

Profile

The ideal profile for this FP&A Analyst position should have the following attributes:

• 2+ years of experience within a similar capacity from Retail/Wholesale.
• Demonstrable experience in working with Wholesale teams.
• Excellent communication skills & commercial acumen.
• Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience using Hyperion or SAP would be desirable.

Salary / Package

£42,000 to £45,000 DOE + benefits including:

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
