Finance Analyst - Venture Recruitment Partners : Job Details

• Analyse trends in customer, product, and fleet profitability to assist management in making key business decisions and implementing process improvements, while identifying and mitigating commercial risks and opportunities.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting, translating complex results into meaningful insights that drive business strategy.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, and migrate existing Excel reports to Power BI to enhance reporting efficiency and accessibility.

Skills & Experience: 

• Strong SQL knowledge with the ability to create queries and capable of analysing large datasets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to streamline functions, strong analytical and data gathering skills, high attention to detail
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Be able to prepare documentation on processes and procedures that stand up to audit.
