Finance Analyst - JasperRose : Job Details

Financial Analyst | London | £40,000-£45,000 per annum + bonus | Permanent | Hybrid

JasperRose has partnered exclusively with a luxury fragrance and skincare brand based in Central London. They are looking to recruit a Financial Analyst on a permanent basis. You will be joining at an exciting time, as they have just opened in new regions and recently acquired new brands. This is a hybrid role based in central London, with the expectation of working four days a week in their recently renovated offices.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will have extensive exposure to stakeholders across the business. The role will allow you to add value in this SME business, helping to improve processes, drive revenues forward, and identify ways to increase business performance.

Your main duties will be:

• Partnering with the FP&A Manager to support with the production of the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Ownership of the sales and margin reporting across 2 brands
• Business partnering with the sales and marketing teams to help them understand key costs and revenue metrics
• Maintaining the financial planning model, incorporating a fully integrated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Review month-end process to ensure that they are in line with budgets
• You will be supporting with project-related work, including looking at streamlining systems and processes across all regions

Skill set required:

The successful candidate will be an active studier with experience working in a commercially focused role in the retail or FMCG industry, where you have analysed large data sets and worked closely with stakeholders across the business. Advanced Excel skills are essential, with experience in SAP preferred. You will be proactive in nature with the confidence to drive change and communicate efficiently.
