Finance Analyst - Nxtgen Recruitment : Job Details

NXTGEN are excited to be recruiting a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in Peterborough. In this role, you'll work closely with the commercial team, providing financial insights and executing critical processes that drive better decision-making and improve overall business performance. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a renowned brand, supporting key stakeholders and helping to deliver tangible results.

• Provide analysis to support sales decision-making, including tender pricing and customer forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Review and approve promotional spend forms and invoices, maintaining accurate reconciliations and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Set up and monitor customer rebates, ensuring they align with contractual agreements and maintaining accurate reporting.
• Support period-end processes, including journal entries, margin share calculations, and data reconciliation for accurate reporting.
• Maintain and update BI systems, roll out new costings, train users, and manage Power BI dashboards to support the business's operational needs.

You'll bring a strong background in financial analysis, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing systems like Power BI. You'll be proactive in problem-solving, confident in collaborating with stakeholders, and committed to upholding high standards in compliance, health & safety, and inclusion.
