Description

Finance Analyst

  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in collections.
  • Process and track invoices, payments, and credit memos while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain aging reports to track outstanding balances and identify delinquent accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve the collections process.
  • Perform financial analysis on customer credit risk and recommend appropriate credit limits.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Assist in forecasting cash flow related to accounts receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounts receivable efficiency.

Profile

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • A strong understanding of financial processes
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Ideally studying toward ACCA / CIMA
