As Aston Martin next Finance Analyst, you will drive performance throughout Platform and Vehicle programmes within the Vehicle Life Cycle team, providing the appropriate financial guidance, control and reporting. The span of this role encompasses everything from, design, engineering, launch and manufacturing readiness for all associated productThis role is requiring high level partnering skills with counterparts in Product Planning, Programme Management, Design & R&D as well as the ability to create productive working relationships with colleagues across Finance, Sales & Marketing, Procurement and Manufacturing.
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a high level of energy and motivation to succeed, coupled with keen attention to detail, resilience, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills across all levels.
You must earn the trust of internal stakeholders to offer financial guidance and resolve programme requirements, so your project management and business partnering skills are essential.
Operating in an agile manner as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will influence the progression of assigned projects. Your self-driven nature will be instrumental in your success as a Finance Analyst at Aston Martin.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of a team of 15 individuals you will report to Senior Manager – Finance Operations. Due to the sensitivity of the projects your presence in the office is needed, liaising with your internal clients being essential in your role. We are expecting you to be comfortable working from our Gaydon headquarter at least 2 days per week.

You need to be at least at the beginning of your journey in gaining your CIMA/ACCA qualification and having experience in driving projects in a manufacturing environment. High level of Excel together with experience in working with any accounting ERPs is also very important.
& The potential within this role offers the opportunity to advance into a Senior Finance Analyst role in Finance Operations or explore lateral moves within the wider Finance team.
