The Role:As a Finance Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our finance team, supporting the smooth operation of daily financial activities and ensuring accuracy across our financial records. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with payroll and staff expense claims
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A team player with strong communication skills
