Finance Assistant Position - West End London

Are you a Finance Assistant or an Accounts Assistant seeking a new challenge based in central London

Our client a growing business services group is seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant to support their Head of Finance. The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow, ideally taking on more of the monthly reporting as you gain more experience.

Finance Assistant responsibilities will include:

• Carry out credit control activities
• Process all Purchase and Sales Ledger information
• Process all bank payments and receipts
• Prepare payroll information and liaise with external payroll providers
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Petty cash reconciliations
• Carry out ad-hoc duties where required

As a Finance Assistant - you will:

• Xero experience (desirable)
• Bookkeeping experience
• Prior experience in a finance position (at least 4 years)
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Credit control experience (at least 6 months)
