Finance Assistant

Northwood, Hertfordshire

£26,000 + Pension

If you are at the start of your career and are looking for a Finance Assistant position then this role could be right for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with a broad range of accounting and finance activities

- Processing supplier invoices and raising timely cheque and BACs payments

- Monitoring and reconciling monthly credit card statements to the relevant cost centre

- Completing general ledger and sub-ledger (bank, care lease etc) costs

- Preparing and posting accrual and prepayment journals on a monthly basis

- Collecting and processing weekly timesheets from Architects and surveyors
