Due to rapid growth and expansion, the opportunity to recruit a Finance Assistant has arisen. The successful candidate will play a crucial role working closely with the Head of Finance and another Finance Assistant. You will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable (A/P) function for Fushi.

Responsibilities

• Take sole charge of the A/P function
• Process suppliers’ invoices, credit notes, accruals, prepayments and deal with queries
• Aged creditors / supplier’s statements reconciliation
• Maintain account information and suppliers’ records
• Bank reconciliations (multi-currency)
• Create weekly payments list and raising payments
• Maintain accurate stock values and levels
• Analyse purchasing data in line with budgets and company’s Mission and Vision KPIs
• Work closely with Head of Finance and Finance Assistant to prepare the monthly management accounts, VAT reports, cashflow management and reporting

Requirements

• Accounting qualification or solid bookkeeper experience
• Solid understanding of accounting to Trial Balance, including VAT returns, bank reconciliations and AP experience
• Experience in MFGCC is essential
• Experience in using ERP Systems (Netsuite) is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, Excel and MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work under pressure, with high accuracy, and meet strict deadlines
• A can-do attitude, and a great self-starter
• Super organised and able to self-manage
