Finance Assistant

Contract: Full time, permanent, office based

Location: Eye, Suffolk

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £24,000 per annum

Main accountabilities:

• Invoicing customers accurately and in timely manner.
• Chasing for payments when needed
• Processing customer deductions and raising, posting credit notes.
• Supporting purchase ledger
• General admin duties
• Assisting by providing holiday and absence cover for other team members
• Support other members of finance team with other processes as and when required

Experience/ qualifications:

• Ideal role for someone first starting out in Finance
• Part qualified (AAT) or wanting to qualify
• Previous experience preferred but not essential 
• Previous work with Navision preferred but not essential
