Finance Assistant - Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd : Job Details

With our Client we are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant - our Client is open to Part Qualified - AAT / CIMA / ACCA or applicants who are Qualified by Experience.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE FINANCE ASSISTANT;

• Annual Salary of c £27,000 - £35,000 depending on Qualification and Experience
• On Site Car Parking
• 25 Days Holiday - Plus Bank Hols
• Flexible start and finish times - you will finish at 1.00 pm on Friday

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE ASSISTANT;

Will report to the Finance Controller and will initially be offered on a 9 months contract - which will be reviewed.

To be suited to the Finance Assistant you will need Intermediate Excel skills and be able to prepare Reports and detailed Analysis.

You will work across;

• Assist with Year End Audit
• Assist with Preparation of VAT Returns
• Assist with Preparation for Month End - to include - Post to Journals / update Fixed Asset / prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations / update Aged Debt
• Assist with Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts - to - include - Cash Flow / Costing / Pricing update
• General Ad hoc Ledger duties
