Finance Assistant - Marc Daniels : Job Details

An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a company based in Middlesbrough.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in Credit Control and Debt Management
• Post bank receipts and bank reconciliation
• Assist with weekly accounting tasks including analysis and cash flow
• Assist with Month End processes, including journals and balance sheet reconciliation
• Support Purchase Ledger with invoice processing and supplier reconciliations
• Prepare both international and domestic payments to suppliers when due

Requirements:

• GCSE English and Maths
• 3 years finance experience
• NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Accounting
• Confident with all Microsoft applications including advanced Excel
