Finance Assistant - Robert Half : Job Details

Finance Officer - Reading - 6-month contract (potential to go permanent) - £31.000 per annum + 10% bonus

I am currently recruiting for a small charity who require a Finance Officer on an initial 6 month contract. This is a varied role working for a charity that is at the heart of the local community.

Key duties:

• Processing of all invoices onto Sage
• Processing Employee Expenses
• Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
• Processing Payments to Suppliers/Employees
• Reconciliation of Company Credit Cards
• Processing Payroll on Sage Payroll
• Responsible for Petty Cash
• Liaison with Suppliers/Employees and Maintenance of Supplier/Employees Accounts
• Dealing with Credit Control
• Ad - hoc duties

What you will need to be successful:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Team player
• Available at short notice
