Our client is currently seeking a Legal Finance Assistant to manage financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage financial records, including processing payments and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing client and office payments, including banking and cheque printing.
- Process petty cash transactions and manage purchase ledgers.
- Support the Finance Manager and other team members with various finance-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong numerical and literacy skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software, Microsoft Office applications, and Legal Case Management Systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
