Finance Assistant - Marks Sattin : Job Details

A Real Estate company based in London are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team.

This role is due to growth within the company, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Inputting data mainly for entities, ensuring that all invoices and credit notes are authorised in line with policy.
• Setting up new suppliers and supplier maintenance.
• Processing payment runs
• Dealing with ad hoc supplier queries.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintaining the fixed asset register, including depreciation calculations.
• Assisting the wider finance team with other administrative tasks as required controls.
• Other ad hoc tasks as requested.

There is potential for this role to progress with time and for the successful candidate to take on more responsibility as the role develops.
