Temporary Finance Assistant – £12-£14 per hour - Wokingham

We have an urgent need for someone who is keen to progress in their finance career and can start as soon as next week!

About the Job: You will support the finance team by handling key transactional finance activities, including processing payments, managing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Duties will include:

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and ensuring accurate cash postings.
• Reviewing and inputting invoices into the financial system.
• Supporting month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Addressing queries from internal and external stakeholders.

About the Successful Applicant: The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in finance, strong numeracy skills, and a proactive attitude. While no prior experience is necessary, a relevant qualification or knowledge of basic financial processes would be advantageous. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
