Finance Assistant

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Finance Assistant with previous experience working within a finance environment.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…

- Matching, checking and coding of purchase invoices

- Administering the accounts inbox to ensure all supplier invoices, statements and queries are processed and responded to efficiently

- Pro-actively chase suppliers for missing invoices and to resolve supplier queries

- Accurate and up to date management of the supplier ledger to minimise debit balances and ensure correct application of payments

- Reconciling supplier statements and credit card statements

- Working with the Stores Manager to match invoices to deliveries and maintain the GRNI schedule

- You will have previous experience of working independently in a similar role

- Strong numerical skills – accurate with a keen attention to detail

- IT literate – proficient in Excel, willing to learn new systems/software where required

- Excellent time management skills and good communications skills both written and verbal
