Finance Assistant - CMA Recruitment Group : Job Details

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a highly an education organisation based in Blandford, Dorset, who has a requirement to hire a Temporary Finance Assistant to start within their team immediately.This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to join a close-knit finance team and support and cover during busy period.What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Processing and posting invoices in an accurate and timely manner;
• Reconcile financial data;
• Working with a senior member of the team to prepare for payment runs to suppliers;
• Support with additional transactional accounting tasks;
• Assist with data entry tasks to support the new systems implementation.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Previous purchase ledger/sales ledger and transactional accounting experience is required;
• Experience using accountancy systems is highly beneficial to hit the ground running;
• To be considered fore this positions you will need to be available at short notice.
