My client is looking for a Finance Assistant to bolster their finance team on a 12 month contract.

This role is based in the office 5 days per week initially and will move to a hybrid role once established.

The main responsibilities of the Finance Assistant are:

• Processing accounts payable invoices and ensuring they are matched against purchase orders
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Preparing supplier payment runs for review and finalisation
• Reconciliation of supplier statements

My client is looking for:

• Previous experience of working in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Microsoft dynamics Business Central
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, particularly during month end.
• Able to prioritise work and flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
