Finance Assistant - iMultiply Resourcing Ltd : Job Details

iMultiply are working with a growing business in Midlothian to recruit a full time Finance Assistant on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a friendly and hardworking individual to join a rapidly growing organistaion.The RoleThis role sits within an established and forward thinking finance function . You will be tasked with maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the finance function working on both sides of the ledger.As the Finance Assistant, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

• Assisting with invociing on both sides of the ledger
• Processing a large volume of invoices on a weekly basis
• Processing payments to suppliers
• Assisting with timesheets
• Assisting the finance team with month end duties
• Weekly payment runs
• Raising Sales Invoices
• Assisting with ad hoc finance and admin duties

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

• Experience within a finance function - ideally in Accounts Payable
• Strong Excel skills - Minimum Vlookup/Pivot table
• Highly analytical with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
