Finance Assistant - Marks Sattin : Job Details

Location: Coventry, Warwickshire

Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are supporting a well-established manufacturing business based in Coventry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a similar finance or accounting role.
• Experience working within the Manufacturing sector.
• Experience of using SAGE 50 would be advantageous.
• Someone who can showcase ambition, confidence, and determination.
• Achieved or actively studying towards an accounting qualification AAT/ACCA/CIMA
• Ability to work under pressure, be accurate and efficient.
