Are you an immediately available Finance Assistant?
We have a lovely opportunity to work within a large family run business near Ross on Wye.
This will initially be on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
This role will include:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Raising and matching purchase orders to purchases, and addressing any queries
- Communicating with suppliers
- Creating sales invoices
- Managing bank payments
- Communicating with suppliers
- Handling the accounts inbox for general queries
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Spreadsheet production and reporting
- Managing purchasing tasks
Necessary Experience:
- Understanding and Experience of Xero
- Previous experience in a similar role (2 years preferred)
- Excellent Microsoft Office user knowledge (esp. Excel)
