Finance Assistant | Media Agency | Central London

Harmonic are excited to be working closely with one of the UK's fastest growing media agencies. As a business they have a headcount of 60, and they're on track to grow a further 30% this year.

The company has a very non-corporate working environment, the culture is fast paced, ambitious and exceptionally friendly. The business offers extensive development opportunities and you'll have the chance to gain exposure to month end. The role has come about following the progression of a Finance Assistant to MA, and you can expect a similar growth trajectory as the agency scales.

The Role:

You will be working closely with and reporting into the Financial Controller.

The Duties:

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Preparation of VAT Returns
• Assisting with the running of monthly management accounts
• Responsibility for posting journals
• Maintaining the ledgers
• Processing invoices
• Helping with the processing of Accounts Payable
• Ad-hoc duties supporting senior members of the team.

• Strong communication skills
• Highly organised!
• Desire to join an ambitious, growing start up & build a career in finance

What we'd like to see (bonus):

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within agencies

Salary:£27,000 - £32,000
