- Manage and maintain the Sales Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconciling accounts and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist with financial reporting and provide support during audits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Managing data on systems, ensuring data remains accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Experience in a finance role.
- Experience within an educational establishment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales ledger processes and financial principles.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office packages (Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritise workloads to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
