Job Opportunity: Temporary Finance Assistant

Are you ready to dive into the world of numbers and make an immediate impact? We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis in Exeter.

Location: ExeterContract: Ongoing - possible temp to perm opportunity. Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 with hybrid working

What You'll Do:

• Support the finance team with day-to-day operations.
• Manage invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining records.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Provide administrative support for ad-hoc finance tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in a similar role or a related field (desirable but not essential).
• Proficiency in Excel and financial packages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
